Hugo Thorman MBA
Hugo has a broad background in strategy and
proposition development in long term savings and protection.
He provides support to Moreda's clients through all stages
of the product and propositions design process covering strategy,
formulation, evaluation and delivery including:
- identifying optimal product and service propositions
given market developments and provider competences and brand
- understanding the implications of differing
distribution strategies given the market and provider proposition
- acting as a sounding board for senior executives
who are assessing the impact of changing regulation and
markets on their organisation and business model
- performing interim senior management roles
while executives determine the final structure of their
organisation or identify long term managers
Before joining Moreda, Hugo had extensive senior
management experience and success in the industry, including
roles at Abbey National (Retail, Intermediary and James Hay)
and Black Horse Financial Services. His career also includes
three years as an external consultant, the majority of which
he spent with Watson Wyatt. |
